Jeremy Fugleberg is editor of The Vault for Forum Communications Co. and is a member of the company's Editorial Advisory Board.
- The Vault: As editor of The Vault, Forum Communication Co.'s home for Midwest history, mystery, crime and culture, he works with journalists to create written, audio and video stories at the company's 20+ community news sites to source and generate local "Vault-type" stories of regional interest.

Background: Fugleberg has worked as a reporter, editor and opinion writer at news outlets across the Midwest and West, including the Watertown Public Opinion, Rapid City Journal and Argus Leader in South Dakota, Casper Star-Tribune in Wyoming and Cincinnati Enquirer in Ohio. His coverage has included the energy industry in Wyoming, business and politics in South Dakota and presidential races and city changes in Ohio. He's also freelanced for a wide variety of publications and sites as a writer, editor and social media coordinator.
A native of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, Fugleberg was raised in Washington and North Dakota. He has a dual B.S. in journalism and political science from South Dakota State University, where he was editor of The Collegian student newspaper and was a Gilman Scholar at the American University in Cairo, Egypt, and an M.A. in international diplomacy and commerce from the University of Kentucky's Patterson School, during which he interned in Yemen with an organization that trains and equips women journalists. He currently lives in Mankato, Minnesota.
