As director of content operations for Forum Communications, Wagner oversees content-related production teams for print and digital platforms, digital training tools for newsrooms, and works to implement technology initiatives with newsrooms.

He has been a professional journalist for more than 25 years with various reporter and editor roles, including at FCC newspapers in Fargo, Bemidji and Grand Forks. Prior to his current position, Wagner oversaw development of niche content areas and served as director for Forum News Service.

He is an avid endurance athlete who road and trail running, mountain biking and exploring the outdoors.
