Producing Artistic Director Phillip Fazio, succeeding Christine Gradl Seitz, joined the nonprofit in 2020. Executive Director Wes Drummond will now take on an expanded artistic role.

Spaces with the working names of "Portside Park" and "Paulucci Plaza" will host public events as the area next to the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center focuses more on pedestrians.
Plans include installing roundabouts at 26th Avenue East and 40th Avenue East, additional left-turn lanes, drainage improvements and pedestrian amenities. Construction is slated for 2026 and 2027.
