Minnesota falls out of top 10 as Boston College remains atop USA Hockey/The Rink Live men's poll

Wisconsin chugs up the ranking to No. 3 while Quinnipiac slips two spots after tie with unranked Northeastern

Coming out of the break, Boston College retained the No. 1 ranking in Week 13 of the USA Hockey/The Rink Live men's college hockey poll. Wisconsin, coming off two wins over Notre Dame, moved up to No. 3.

Minnesota, meanwhile, lost its opening game to then No. 20 Colorado College on Sunday night and fell out of the top 10 to No. 11. The Tigers jumped to No. 18 before Monday night's series finale in Minneapolis.

For Boston College, it's the third straight week it has commanded the top spot and seventh time this season. Five different teams have held the No. 1 spot this season (Boston University, Minnesota, Boston College, North Dakota and Wisconsin.)

Hockey East has six ranked teams while the Big 10 and NCHC each have five.
