LHB promotes Megan Goplin to Civil Engineering Manager

Megan Goplin, PE, has been promoted to Civil Engineering Manager. She joined LHB in 2015 and has more than 17 years of experience in site, stormwater, utility, roadway, intersection, and accessibility design for public and private clients. Goplin manages projects through all phases of design and construction. She specializes in public infrastructure projects for city and county clients and is well-versed in state and federal funding requirements. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
