The News Tribune will give away a limited number of used photographic plates with which to view tomorrow's total eclipse. The plates are of great aid to viewing the scene while protecting vision.

Duluth high school girls will have the opportunity to romp and jump during "North Pole Freeze," sponsored by the University of Minnesota Duluth Women's Athletic Association. The event will include swimming, trampoline work, cage ball, darts, volleyball and deck tennis.
